Alrighty, September’s foodie adventures … but first, a warning: there’s been a lot of out and abouting and travelling for work (I think I ate out more than I ate at home) so if you’re hungry look away now. As an aside, it’s no wonder I put weight on last month!
In the Kitchen

I was away a bit in September so very little baking was done. You will, however, find the kitchen diaries here – including this Brown Sugar Monday Cake.

Hi, Jo – I am soooo glad that I decided to grab dinner while reading this post. Although my dinner was good (it’s pizza night here at Chez-Connolly-Wageman) I still drooled at what I saw on my screen.
And what a generous hair dresser you have!
Thank you for joining us for #WOYP. We always love your foodie posts. ❤
Well I didn’t heed your warning Jo. I only have an apple for lunch but now I’m craving those pancakes, the veggie plate with flatbread and that fish from See looks huge!
Urgh I need fooood!
Thanks for sharing your wonderful eats
Hi Jo, so much delicious food and I always enjoy reading your foodie posts. I saw your post come into my email this morning and the heading inspired me. I hadn’t prepared a post for WOYP but I took a leaf out of your book and wrote about the food I ate during the month. Now you will have more time for baking and cooking – perhaps a Philly cookbook? (and I’m not talking about the cream cheese brand) LOL 🙂
Oh that all looks lovely! Pity we only have pea soup for dinner 🙂
My, oh my! I have never seen airport or hotel food that looks as good as this! And, anything served in a pretty glass will win me over. Don’t get me started on the rest of it. Just Yum!
Good thing I JUST ate; these photos all look so good.
Wow Jo! You did eat some wonderful food this month. And I must say I enjoy the artful way you photograph the food. My pictures never look that appetizing.
Holy smokes. There is always beautiful food on your plates!
And it seems wonderful scenery and your favourite company.
