I have shin splints again.
Heavy sighs, groans etc.
I’m right into a training schedule at present, with a goal of running the Sydney Bridge Run in September. Last year I entered the race, and completed it, but walked more than I wanted to, ie walked about 50% of it. This year I will be running the entire course. But I don’t intend doing it with shin splints.
I have bad feet, and the ligaments around my ankles are so ineffective that my feet seem to sort of float around at the end of my legs. It’s why I love the shoes in the photo so much. They cost me a flipping fortune, but the suspension supports my feet in a way that is worth every cent.
